Residential electrical project at 350 Queen Mary
Ottawa Electric is completing the electrical scope for a new 32-unit residential building at 350 Queen Mary in Vanier, Ottawa.
The project includes a 100 amp panel for every suite, an 800 amp 3-phase service with a pad-mount transformer, suite wiring, lights, plugs, and data rough-in for Rogers. Working with Sunter Homes, the Ottawa Electric team is delivering the project ahead of schedule, with expected completion in January 2027.
